The escrow wallet is not a free-floating deposit. Release is tied to the signed transaction procedure and the milestone evidence agreed between the parties.
- Funds are received into the escrow wallet before the refinery delivery window.
- Release requires the agreed inspection and assay evidence.
- Refunds follow the signed procedure if the agreed release evidence is not met.
- NewEarth documents every transfer and counterparty confirmation.
