Confidential files are held centrally, with disclosure limited to what each party's role requires.

Funding is safeguarded and released against milestone evidence recorded in the transaction file.

Delivery, inspection, weight, testing and final assay are coordinated to a written standard.

Access is granted by role, and enforced at the record level
Client desk accounts are approved by the desk. Each role sees only the transactions, documents and controls its mandate requires.

Full oversight of desk configuration, personnel and account approvals across the platform.

Reviews verification files, approves counterparties and records compliance decisions.
