Fund escrow

Funds are safeguarded in the approved account or payment structure.

Deliver to refinery

Chain of custody to the approved refinery is documented end to end.

Inspect and assay

Arrival, weight, testing and final assay establish fine-gold content.

Release or refund

Release is instructed on evidence, or refund follows the agreed procedure.

Fee transparency and failure protection

Seller net amount, NewEarth fee, refinery charges, logistics charges and commissions must reconcile to signed terms. If the deal fails, payment is blocked and refund or replacement instructions follow the agreed procedure.
