Privacy and confidentiality
The protection principle
Confidential information is handled on a need-to-know basis at every stage of the transaction.
“Private, but not anonymous. Verified, but not unnecessarily exposed.”
Disclosure ladder
Five controlled steps
01
Buyer CIS to NewEarth
02
Verification file restricted
03
Limited confirmation shared
04
Contracting data released when needed
05
Full disclosure only where legally required
Who sees what
Controlled visibility by role
What the seller sees
A NewEarth confirmation that the buyer is verified and funded for the transaction — not the full confidential CIS pack.
What approved parties see
Banks, escrow providers, compliance partners and refineries receive only what they require to perform their role.
What NewEarth keeps
A controlled transaction file with CIS, verification, contracts, instructions and audit evidence.
Platform handling
How this website and client desk handle your information
Information you submit through the contact form or during registration is used to assess and administer your relationship with the desk. It is not sold, and it is not shared beyond the parties who need it to perform their role in a transaction.
- • Client accounts require verified email addresses and are approved manually by the desk.
- • Documents uploaded through the client desk are held in private storage, restricted to the owning client and authorised desk personnel.
- • Access to records is governed by role, and each record access path is enforced at the database level.
- • Full disclosure is made only where legally required.
To request a copy of the information the desk holds about you, or to ask for its deletion where no legal or contractual obligation requires retention, contact the desk through the contact page.
